Sarah Dalby -CVT
Hello. May name is Sarah, and I have been with Fox Valley Veterinary since September of 2000. I received my bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from UW-Platteville in 2005 and obtained my CVT credentials in 2010. I am currently the assistant manager and still get to enjoy all the duties of being in a veterinary practice. Each day is a new surprise and adventure. When not at work, I enjoy scrap booking, reading, crocheting, gardening, and spending time outdoors with my husband, Jamey, my step-son, Hunter, and our 3 cats.
Jessie Koch - Lead Technician, CVT
Hello, my name is Jessie. I have been employed at Fox Valley Veterinary since August, 2010. I graduated from Madison Area Technical College in 2002 where I obtained my associate degree to become a Certified Veterinary Technician. All through my childhood I knew I wanted a career working with animals, but I did not want to go to school for 8 years to be a veterinarian. My job as a veterinary technician is very rewarding and enjoyable, with everyday being different. I especially enjoy surgery and dentistry. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Justin, our son Liam, and our pets. We have 1 dog, 1 cat, and 2 Nigerian dwarf goats.
Liz Ehlen - Veterinary Assistant
Hello, my name is Liz, and I have been an employee at Fox Valley Veterinary since November 2010 where I am a veterinary assistant. I received my bachelor’s degree in Animal Science from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities in 2010. I have grown up surrounded by animals of all shapes and sizes on a farm in Burlington. I always knew I wanted to further my education to work with animals. When I am not working, I enjoy cheering on my favorite Wisconsin sports teams, playing sports, spending time outdoors, working with my horse, and spending time with my English Bulldog, Winston.
Jennifer Schmidt-Veterinary Assistant
Hi, I’m Jennifer. I’ve been with Fox Valley since April of 2013. I grew up in Wilmot, WI, went to college in Iowa at Drake University (majoring in Opera), and moved back to Wisconsin in 1995. I have been happily married to my husband, Todd, since 1999, and have 2 great kids, Carter and Sophia. Before working here, I was a kennel manager of a boarding facility in Illinois that houses all types of dogs, cats, and exotic animals. I have been in the veterinary field since 2008. My goal at work each day is for every pet to have a positive experience while they are here! My specialty is helping stressed, scared, or “difficult” dogs to calm down, and hopefully come back at the next visit with a happier result. I love geriatric dogs and was a geriatric foster for a no kill shelter for a few years. Currently, I have 4 dogs; a Shepherd mix, a Beagle mix, a Border Collie mix, and a Chihuahua. I look forward to caring for your pets.
Stacey Rhyner-Veterinary Assistant
Hi, my name is Stacey. I started at Fox Valley Veterinary in January 2015. In the past I lived on a 300 acre Dairy farm in northern Wisconsin. We had many animals including cows, horses, pigs, chickens, a goat, a turkey, and a dog named Sandy. There was also 1 very special calf named, Lucky, who would roam the yard and chase the school bus. I have 2 children, Wyatt and Kaitlynn. Few have acquired 2 lizards, Lizzy and Sam, a fish and a Mountain Cur dog, Lady Bird. I look forward to meeting you and your special companion.
